Background
As an experienced research and evaluation consultant, I have a strong track record of designing and leading studies that inform strategic and operational decision-making. My expertise lies in applied qualitative, mixed-methods, and participatory research, using both traditional and innovative approaches. These include spatial, visual, temporal, and creative tools for data collection and analysis. I am passionate about fostering collaborative processes that support learning, reflection, and knowledge-sharing. I bring extensive experience in programme- and strategic-level monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). Over the past two decades, I have supported organizations in developing and aligning MEL frameworks, defining meaningful indicators, and creating practical toolkits. These range from LogFrames and Theories of Change to Results Frameworks and impact measurement systems. I have led numerous Baseline, Midterm, Endline, and Strategic Evaluations as well as Organizational Assessments, Situational Analyses, and Strategic Reviews. For complex or multi-country initiatives, I often work collaborate with a trusted network of experienced consultants with whom I have built longstanding relationships based on mutual respect and complementary skills.

I am deeply committed to capacity strengthening, facilitation, and training as key enablers of sustainable change. I enjoy supporting teams to build their confidence and skills in research, monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive learning. I also offer technical assistance and accompaniment—acting as a critical friend to provide light-touch, flexible support for ongoing MEL and research processes.
